Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026 · Effective date: June 22, 2026

01Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Borderless Wealth, LLC ("Borderless Wealth," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our software, or interact with our advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google (collectively, the "Services").

We designed this policy to align with leading privacy frameworks, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, other U.S. state privacy laws, Canada's PIPEDA, and Brazil's LGPD. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here.

02Who we are

Borderless Wealth, LLC is the controller responsible for your personal information.

  • Registered: Wyoming, United States (Reg. 2026-002008453)
  • Address: 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 7519, Orlando, FL 32819, United States
  • Privacy contact: privacy@borderlesswealth.com

03Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and account data — name, email, phone number, and details you submit through forms or when creating an account.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, contact form, or WhatsApp.
  • Payment data — billing details processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising and analytics partners — such as Meta and Google, which may share campaign-performance and audience data.
  • Public sources and referrals — where permitted by law.

04Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. Because we run paid campaigns, our site may load:

  • Meta Pixel — to measure ad performance and build audiences on Meta platforms.
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, and conversion tags — to understand traffic and measure conversions.

Where required by law (for example, in the EU/UK), we request consent for non-essential cookies through a consent banner and honor your choices. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. For more on advertising opt-outs, see Section 7.

List the exact cookies/pixels you actually deploy and pair this section with a working consent-management banner if you target EU/UK/Brazil visitors. A bare policy without a consent tool is a common compliance gap.

05How we use information

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage accounts and process transactions;
  • respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • run, target, measure, and optimize advertising on Meta, Google, and other channels;
  • send service messages and, with consent where required, marketing communications;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

06Legal bases for processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Services you request); consent (for non-essential cookies and certain marketing, which you may withdraw at any time); legitimate interests (to secure, analyze, and improve the Services and grow our business, balanced against your rights); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).

07Advertising and analytics

We work with advertising partners to show you relevant ads and measure their effectiveness. These partners may set cookies and use identifiers to perform interest-based advertising. You can exercise choices here:

  • Meta ad preferences within your Meta account settings;
  • Google Ads Settings and Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on;
  • industry opt-outs via the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org);
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, which we honor as a valid opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" where applicable.

08How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it with:

  • Service providers / processors — hosting, payments, analytics, customer support, and email delivery, bound by contract to protect your data;
  • Advertising partners — such as Meta and Google, for measurement and audience purposes (which may be considered "sharing" under some U.S. laws);
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

09International data transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data in the U.S. and other countries whose laws may differ from yours. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent UK mechanisms.

10Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Specific retention periods depend on the type of data and applicable law.

11Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.

12Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • delete your data ("right to erasure");
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (e.g., an EU supervisory authority, the UK ICO, or Brazil's ANPD).

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@borderlesswealth.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

13U.S. state privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA and others)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We honor the Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal. Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others have similar rights.
